Finding your green zone is all about helping you to discover your personal limits and goals.

It’s the sweet spot where you have the energy and strength you want and need, and you are able to maintain this level of fitness as part of your everyday life. That’s when you are in the zone.

Our approach is focused on ease of use: we believe in demystifying fitness and promote a method that utilizes doing the least amount of exercise for the effort for greatest benefit.

COVID-19 Notice

Green Zone Fitness has been paying close attention to the current health crisis we are facing, and we remain committed to providing you a safe environment to begin or continue personal training and fitness analysis. During these trying times we plan to be here for you and we thank you for your patience with the following guidelines we will be implementing immediately.

Training sessions are by appointment only. Only one trainer and one client will be training at a time. No guest, other than a close family member, will be allowed in the room.

Please wait in your car until we notify you that we are ready for your appointment. Between each client we will clean and sanitize all equipment.

Please use hand sanitizer upon entering the gym, and frequently after that. Bottles of sanitizer will be readily available around the room.

We will be doing temperature checks (using a ‘no touch’ thermometer or strips) on all clients and trainers.

Trainers will be wearing masks during all services. We encourage all clients to wear a mask.

We will maintain social distancing as much as possible consistent with safe exercise.

Please do not come in if you:

  • are feeling ill;
  • have been in close contact with a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19;
  • are experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat;
  • have had a fever in the last 48 hours;
  • have had a recent loss of taste or smell; or
  • have had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours.

Let us know if you have any special concerns. We will work hard at providing you a workout in the safest manner possible.
